Meet The Team

John Iannozzi is a Principal of the firm and a member of the firm’s Business/Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on the following areas of law: business law, tax assessment litigation, municipal law, zoning, and land use.

John Iannozzi is the Chairman of the Assessment Law Department at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell, and Lupin. He has extensive experience in handling assessment cases for both taxpayers and taxing authorities. John also provides assessment law and procedure consulting services for businesses and individual taxpayers. John has served as a lecturer in assessment law for numerous professional real estate associations.

John also assists business clients with all legal and tax aspects of forming various business entities, including proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and limited-liability companies. John represents residential, commercial, and industrial real estate developers and property owners. He has extensive experience appearing before boards of elected and appointed officials in the five county area of southeastern Pennsylvania.

In addition to his practice, John is an Adjunct Professor at the Lansdale School of Business. In 2010 and 2014, John was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state who are age 40 or younger, are named to the list. In 2014, John was the recipient of The Reporter, the daily newspaper of Lansdale Pa.’s, Reader’s Choice Award Winner for “Best Lawyer.”

Prior to joining the firm, John served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Alan M. Rubenstein, Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Before clerking for Judge Rubenstein, John worked in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. While in college, John was a District Office Intern for Pennsylvania State Representative Robert W. Godshall. John is a member of both the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations, having received both his undergraduate degree (B.A. magna cum laude 2001) and his law degree from Villanova University (J.D. 2004).
